MB Workforce Development Scholarship Program
The MBFF is expanding its scholarship opportunities through an all-new MB Workforce Development Scholarship Program at Central Piedmont Community College. These scholarships will be dedicated to eligible students in construction trade, information technology, and healthcare programs at CPCC. The goal is to attract at-risk students to high-growth, high-demand occupations located in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg region.
We are excited to announce partnerships with Lowe’s Companies, Inc. and CPI Security Systems to grow our Workforce Development Scholarship Program.
Lowe’s is supporting four new scholarships in the construction trades and CPI Security Systems is supporting two new scholarships for information technology programs of study.
These partnerships are more than just scholarships. They will allow the opportunity for scholarship recipients to learn about job readiness and job opportunities related to their programs of study through networking opportunities and on-site visits with our amazing partners.
