Always Believe Day Rescheduled due to Unforeseen Circumstances
Charlotte, N.C. -We regret to inform you that Always Believe Day will be postponed until further notice. The August 17th Family Day will be rescheduled due to the passing of two influential members of the Bogues family, as well as the heightened excitement around former Mayor, Anthony Foxx, and his new position as the U.S. Secretary of Transportation in Washington, D.C causing the need for a new proclamation. Those involved with the creation and planning of Always Believe Day express their sincere apologies and will continue to work hard putting together an event that will focus on Charlotte’s youth, giving them opportunities to be their best and have the utmost confidence in themselves.
Muggsy Bogues is committed to the youth and takes pride in encouraging them to chase their goals without listening to the naysayers.
“I am tired of all this bullying going on, where our young kids are not able to reach their full potential, believe in themselves, or have a dream that someday could be reached. We are here to show them that by believing, anything is possible” –Muggsy Bogues
With the relaunch of Always Believe Incorporated, Muggsy and his nonprofit organization aims to create a safe environment for youth to learn, grow and play through programs that touch on character building, education and physical fitness to address the growing concerns affecting today’s youth.
Always Believe Inc. and Muggsy Bogues will be working hard to implement valuable programs that teach youth how to overcome obstacles and be well-rounded upstanding citizens. Muggsy and Always Believe Inc. would like to thank the Charlotte community and everyone else that has shown immense support during the planning of this event.
