Dear Chef Kim:
It is with extreme gratitude that I write this letter of thanks to you. My name is Nathalie and I am the proud recipient of the Always Believe Inc. Scholarship. I am eighth grader at United Faith Christian Academy in Charlotte, NC.
I never liked cooking until I attend Chef Kim’s Kids Cooking Camp sponsored by Hearth N Soul LLC. this summer. I have learned so much about the principles of good nutrition, gardening and a healthy lifestyle. I also learned that I do like asparagus because the asparagus soup that we made was GREAT!
By awarding me the Always Believe Inc. Scholarship, I am now able to prepare meals for myself as well as for my family now. Your financial generosity has inspired me to help others by giving back to the community. I hope one day I will be able to help other students achieve their goal just as you have helped me.
