Lillard Combs, Jr. is a Director of Initiatives and Execution for Lowes Home Improvement. In this capacity he has ownership of intake, prioritization execution and delivery for all efforts within the Services Portfolio. Lillard has expertise in Enterprise program governance, IT PMO leadership, executive alignment, digital program execution, and store operations. Lillard has held Strategic Program Delivery roles at several top retailers which include Target, Footlocker, Belk and Academy Sports.
Although not originally from Charlotte, Lillard has a passion for the surrounding community as evidenced through 100 Black Men Membership as well as supporting efforts spearheaded through Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity affiliation.
Lillard holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington, as well as a Master of Education and Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.
In his spare time Lillard enjoys live music and anything fitness related.
